Тенденции развития строительной отрасли направлены на растущую долю уникальных зданий и сооружений. Однако организационно-технические решения по реализации таких проектов становятся проблемой в связи с отсутствием опыта строительства таких объектов. Данная ситуация приводит к проблемам, связанным с нарушением сроков строительства, увеличением стоимости проекта, снижению качества выполняемых работ. Целью данного исследования являлось изучение опыта современного строительства в Китайской народной республике на примере возведения уникального мостового сооружения.Материалы и методы. В исследовании использовались методы анализа представляемой информации при изучении организации строительства несущей части мостового сооружения. Были выделены ключевые моменты, влияющие на эффективность и качество строительства.Результаты исследования. В результате проведенных исследований было определено, что при строительстве уникальных объектов первоначальное внимание необходимо уделять подготовке строительства, включая и рассмотрение возможности дополнительного финансирования. Использование проектного подхода к реализации сложных инвестиционно-строительных проектов является обязательным условием успешного завершения строительства. Внедрение системы недельно-суточного планирования позволяет контролировать и своевременно предпринимать действия по ликвидации возникающих проблем в ходе строительства. Подготовка и переподготовка управленческого персонала и специалистов позволяют принимать квалифицированные решения по мере реализации проекта.Обсуждение и заключения. Данное исследование имеет не только теоретическую, но и практическую значимость. Методы и технические решения, принятые при строительстве уникального мостового сооружения в Китае, могут быть использованы и в других регионах КНР, и в Российской Федерации. Данные подходы помогут успешно реализовывать сложные инвестиционно-строительные проекты – с надлежащим качеством, в заданные сроки и в рамках установленного бюджета.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. The construction industry trends are developing towards the growth of the share of unique buildings and structures. However finding the managerial and engineering solutions for implementation of such projects becomes a problem due to the lack of experience in construction of such facilities. This situation leads to the problems caused by the breach of the construction deadlines, increase of the project cost and deterioration of the quality of performed works. The purpose of this research was to study the contemporary construction experience of the People's Republic of China taking construction of a unique bridge structure as an example.Materials and Methods. The analysis methods were used in the research to analyse the information obtained in the frame of studying the organisation of construction of the bridge structure load-bearing part. Key points affecting the efficiency and quality of construction were highlighted.Results. As a result of the research it was determined that in construction of the unique facilities the primary attention should be paid to the construction preparation stage, including consideration of possibility of additional funding. The implementation of the project-based approach to the development of complex investment and construction projects is a prerequisite for the successful completion of construction. The introduction of a weekly-daily planning system allows monitoring and taking timely actions to eliminate the problems arising during construction. Training and retraining of management personnel and specialists allow making qualified decisions as the project progresses.Discussion and Conclusions. This study has not only theoretical but also practical significance. The methods and technical solutions accepted in construction of a unique bridge structure in China can be used in other regions of the PRC and in the Russian Federation.
