В настоящее время в процессе освоения новых областей объектами производственно-хозяйственного назначения возникает необходимость в застройке территорий, которые относятся к так называемым сложным инженерно-геологическим и горно-геологическим условиям. Актуальным является решение проблемы обеспечения нормальной эксплуатации зданий и сооружений, возводимых в условиях оползнеопасных территорий, просадочных грунтов, подрабатываемых территорий. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Исследованы параметры нового геотехнического метода устранения кренов сооружения путем устройства глубокой траншеи по наружному контуру части фундаментной плиты. Грунтовый массив моделируется объемными конечными элементами. Предложены зависимости для определения коэффициентов Пуассона грунта в функции от его прочностных характеристик. Задача решена с учетом последовательности выполнения строительно-монтажных работ. Для этого использован модуль «Монтаж» в ПК «Лира». </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Реализация геотехнического метода устранения кренов позволяет обеспечить общую устойчивость грунтовых массивов в процессе проведения работ. При его использовании представляется возможным фиксировать максимальные давления на массив в пределах значений, незначительно отличающихся от средних давлений в стадии нормальной эксплуатации сооружения. Также с увеличением глубины компенсационной траншеи практически не изменяются величины вертикальных давлений, что приводит к смещению давлений вглубь массива грунта. Исследованы возможные причины возникновения дополнительных осадок основания при реализации данного метода устранения кренов. Установлено, что данные процессы связаны с уменьшением боковых давлений в грунтовом массиве, обусловленном увеличением податливости основания, а также с повышением краевых давлений под фундаментной плитой. </p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключение</title><p>Обсуждение и заключение. Предложенный метод устранения кренов (геотехнический метод) с разработкой компенсационной траншеи по контуру фундамента здания позволяет минимизировать влияние на общую устойчивость массива и снижает влияние на расположенные в непосредственной близости здания и сооружения в процессе устранения кренов существующих фундаментов. Приведены практические рекомендации по исправлению кренов геотехническим методом. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Nowadays, in the frame of development of the new territories, when building the industrial and business facilities, there arises the need to develop the territories having the so-called complicated engineering-geological and mining-geological conditions. Ensuring the normal operation of the buildings and structures built on the territories of the land slide hazard, subsiding soils and on the underworked territories is the problem which is relevant to solve.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The parameters of the new geotechnical method of the structure tilts elimination by digging a deep trench along the outer contour of a foundation slab’s part are investigated. The soil massif is modeled by the solid finite elements. Correlations for determining the Poisson coefficients of the soil as a function of its strength properties are proposed. The problem is solved taking into account the building and mounting works sequence. For this purpose, the "Mounting works" module of the "Lira" software has been used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The implementation of the geotechnical method of eliminating the tilts allows ensuring the overall stability of the soil massifs during the works. It provides the opportunity to hold the maximum pressures acting on the massif fixed within the values slightly differing from the mean pressures of the normal operation of the structure. Moreover, deepening the compensation trench causes practically no changes of the vertical pressures values, which leads to the pressures dis-placements deeper into the soil massif. The possible reasons for the subfoundation extra settlements, in case of implementing this method of tilts elimination, are investigated. It has been found that these processes are related to the lateral pressures reductions in the soil massif due to the subfoundation pliability increase, as well as to the edge pressures rises beneath a foundation slab.</p><p>Discussion and Conclusion. The proposed method of tilts elimination (geotechnical method), which includes the design of a compensation trench along the building foundation contour, minimises the impact on the massif’s overall stability and reduces the impact on the nearby buildings and structures during eliminating the tilts of the existing foundations.
